A delightful snack combining creamy Greek yogurt, fresh blueberries, and rich dark chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup. Gently fold in fresh blueberries until evenly coated. Spoon small clusters onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze clusters for about 1 hour, or until firm. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, ensuring full coverage. Place chocolate-covered clusters back onto the parchment-lined sheet and freeze for another 30 minutes.

Notes

Customize with different fruits like strawberries or raspberries. Add a sprinkle of sea salt or chopped nuts for extra texture.
